Evans Construction Co. is seeking qualified applicant to fill a Project Manager / Estimator position. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years commercial construction experience. Project manager responsibilities include managing all aspects of a commercial construction project including: estimating, analyzing subcontractor and material proposals, issuing subcontracts and purchase orders, preparing and analyzing cost codes, preparing & maintaining project schedules, conduct project coordination meetings, generating & resolving RFI’s, process change orders & project closeout.
